CAE Services

Customized analytical, deployment, sustainment, training, and response services for network operators, managed service providers, and the increased-risk enterprises they serve. CAE does not sell equipment or operate networks — transport and platforms come from your carriers and our certified operator partners. What CAE delivers is the engineering that makes them one dependable, integrated system, specializing in the edge others decline: the most austere, remote, and resource-constrained nodes in the network. And at every site, we build local capacity — transferring the skills to run and sustain the system to the people who live with it.

01 — Tailored Operational Risk Qualification / Unmitigated Exposure (TORQUE) Analysis

Our signature analytical product. TORQUE combines rigorous quantitative and qualitative review of your operations validated with field-collected ground-truth data — gathered at your sites wherever they are; where desk studies and vendor estimates fail — to produce a user-specific report of your risks, exposures, and single points of failure, ranked by likelihood and consequence. It is the evidentiary foundation for every deployment, sustainment, and contingency-planning decision that follows.

02 — Systems-Level Failure Prediction & Analysis

Using failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) built on your TORQUE data, we model how your integrated system — not just individual components — degrades or fails under real conditions: weather, congestion, jamming, power loss, human error, and the cascade effects between subsystems. The output drives layered mitigations: transport diversity, automated failover, graceful degradation paths, and pre-scripted contingency procedures. Predicted failures are managed failures.

03 — Deployment, Integration & Commissioning

From solution architecture through on-site commissioning, CAE deploys complete integrated networks on our operator partners' platforms — including integration of the legacy systems other vendors would force you to rip out. Our partner network holds subject-matter expertise and installation certifications across the common protocols; CAE remains vendor-neutral, accountable only for making the whole system work. For operators and MSPs, the last mile of your network is our job site.

04 — Operator & Maintainer Training and Local Capacity Building

Every deployment ends with structured, role-specific training — operators, maintainers, and supervisors — built from your actual configuration and your TORQUE-identified failure modes, not a vendor's generic curriculum. Our objective is durable local capacity: each engagement transfers the skills to run, maintain, and troubleshoot the system to on-site and in-country personnel, so capability remains long after our engineers leave. Your team owns the system — not just operates it.

05 — Field Servicing & Operational Risk Management

A network is only as reliable as its sustainment. CAE field engineers empower your sites — rigs, vessels, plants, ports, airfields, clinics — for preventive maintenance, live-measurement validation, RF and transport surveys, installation hardening against environmental and operational stressors, and risk-management practices your teams can sustain between visits. Our teams are equipped and credentialed for international and austere deployment: if your operation runs there, we service it there.

06 — Troubleshooting & Restoration

When an integrated network degrades, the fault rarely sits neatly inside one vendor’s box — it lives in the seams between them. CAE engineers diagnose across the whole system: remote triage first, on-site fault isolation when needed, restoration to full capability, and education on the root-cause finding that feeds back into your team so the same fault doesn’t return.

07 — 24/7 Contingency Operations / Emergency Response

No operation is perfect — and in the most critical circumstances, what matters most is the right person in the right place. CAE’s responders are trained and experienced in complex emergency response operations across complex remote, and on-site environments: expert boots on the ground when you need them most — arriving with a response plan already built on your site’s ground truth, not improvising from a generic playbook.
